Waitlist Terms

These terms govern your use of valleyapp.co and participation in the Valley waitlist. Valley is a product of theNetwork. By joining, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.

The waitlist

Joining records your interest in Valley. It does not guarantee access, a particular position, timing, availability in your location, or any specific product feature. We may invite people in cohorts based on product readiness, location, community needs, safety, or other legitimate considerations rather than strictly by signup time.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide an email address you control and information that is not deceptive, unlawful, or harmful to another person. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, submit automated or fraudulent entries, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, introduce malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, or use the waitlist for unlawful activity. We may remove entries or restrict access to protect Valley and its community.

Communications

We may send operational and waitlist-related emails to the address you provide. You can leave the waitlist through an email’s unsubscribe link or by contacting team@valleyapp.co.

Intellectual property

The Valley name, site, copy, design, software, and related materials belong to theNetwork or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Feedback may be used to improve Valley without an obligation to compensate you, but we will not claim ownership of your pre-existing ideas or work.

Availability and changes

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist or site. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the waitlist and site. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of this waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, contact us at team@valleyapp.co so we can try to resolve it in good faith.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Valley evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to team@valleyapp.co.
